I've just ordered a product. What is the lead time and when is it going to be shipped?


Knife Supplies, steel and  Contact Wheels, Accessories, Attachments, parts etc. will be sent within 3 working days after receiving the order. Our grinders are usually sent within two weeks of receiving the payment. We use this lead time to make some finishing touches and test the machine extensively.

How will I receive my order? Delivery time within Europe?


We ship our grinders in  solid wooden crates to ensure that your order will arrive safely. The packages are insured and tracked and are handled by TNT/Fedex.

It takes between 3-6 working days after dispatching for Claryx Metal Works products to be delivered to your door.

We also do combined shipping, which means that if you order a set of small wheels. contact wheels and knife supplies with your machine, they will be shipped in the same box and there will be no extra shipping costs. You will be charged only with the costs for the biggest product ordered.

Do you ship outside the EU? UK?

Yes! Orders to countries outside the EU are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We also do combined shipping, which means that if you order a set of small wheels and a contact wheel with your machine, they will be shipped in the same box and there will be no extra shipping costs. Returns and Exchanges

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Claryx Metal Works head office. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense.  Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s Bank Account or PayPal. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

We test all our products before dispatching but if there is a faulty Motor, VFD, switches etc., they will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Is VAT deductible?


Yes, VAT is deductible for company partners. Just add your company and valid VAT number in the checkout!

Do you have a representative for the North American market?


At the moment NO, but we are trying our best to find a business partner so we can keep our products in stock on American soil and minimize the shipping costs and delivery time. Until then, you can order trough the website!

Do your machines demand three-phase electricity?


No, our machines are designed to be used on a normal, household electricity and made to meet the standards of the country in which they are being delivered to.
